Sasha Grynyuk was described by the legendary pianist Charles Rosen as ‘an impressive artist with remarkable, unfailing musicality, always moving with the most natural, electrifying and satisfying interpretations’. He was chosen as a rising star for BBC Music and International Piano magazines and his recently released debut album was chosen as album of the month by Piano News (Germany) and album of the week by New York Classical Radio. Sasha’s recent competition wins include First Prize at both the BNDES Piano Competition in Rio de Janeiro and Grieg Piano Competition in Bergen.
